The property is stunning, especially during the holiday season when it is elegantly decorated. The gathering spaces are cozy and inviting, and the breakfast experience in the restaurant was truly pleasant. Additionally, the view by the lake added a serene touch to our stay.

However, I felt that the room could have been better equipped.

During my recent stay, I was captivated by the peaceful grounds and the stunning walled garden. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant served delightful meals, which made for a perfect start to each day. I couldn’t help but relax in this serene atmosphere.

Couple getaway worth considering

The food at this place was top notch, we had a fantastic pulled pork bap for lunch that was so tasty it left us wanting more. The grounds were fine, especially the walled garden which had beautiful views of the lake, perfect for a romantic stroll.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but still acceptable for the experience we had.

The stunning gardens were a highlight, and the exceptional five-course dinner truly impressed us. The venue made for a magical evening that I won't soon forget.

Had an amazing time with friends! We enjoyed the beautiful gardens and explored Lough Key Forest Park, which offered tons of activities like rowing and ziplining. Our double room was spacious and clean, and the restaurant served delicious food, especially the mocktails! The bar area is a perfect chill spot after a day of fun.

The Classic Triple Room was really nice and spacious. The beds were super comfy, making it easy to relax. It felt clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus. However, we were caught off guard by a wedding happening during our stay, which added unexpected noise and hustle. Still, the overall vibe of the room and the castle was enchanting.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay and loved the stunning gardens, especially the peaceful seating areas near the lake. Watching the sunset from our Deluxe Double Room and enjoying a tasty dinner were the highlights of our trip. Just a heads up, the bar closed a bit early, so plan accordingly! 🌅

The staff were outstanding, making us feel welcomed right from the start. The grounds were absolutely stunning to explore, and our room was spacious with a comfortable bed that made our stay enjoyable. However, it was a bit disappointing that we were placed in a lodge with no pram access, and the service was a bit slow during dinner due to a wedding event happening simultaneously.

Charming room, friendly staff, who provided excellent service, and enjoyed the well-kept gardens, perfect for lovely nature walks, with free parking available for convenience.

Poor room cleanliness!!! Rude surprises with unexpected charges!!! Access to rooms was quite inconvenient due to walking outside!!! Consider addressing maintenance issues and improving amenities for a more satisfying experience!!!
